NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an
Ordinary Meeting of the Colwall Parish
Council will be held in the Jean
Simon Room, Colwall Village Hall on Wednesday
26th March 2008, starting at 7.30 p.m. and all Councillors are
summoned to attend. The business to be transacted is set out in the agenda,
which is detailed below.

and Apologies: To consider the acceptance of apologies for absence from Councillors.
2. Declarations
of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need:
a) To update their register of
interests.
b) To declare any Personal
Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

Prejudicial Interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room

Matters.
To consider the Income and
Expenditure to be processed for March, as per the list to be issued at the
meeting.
For Council to consider a
quotation from a tree surgeon, via the tree officer, for pollarding the tree in
the Sensory Garden, which needs urgent attention.
7. Youth
in Colwall – to
receive a report from Councillor Beard on the ice-skating trip, and to consider
supporting Ledbury Youth First in their activities for Youth in the Parish
8. Correspondence
for processing.
Further correspondence from Parishioner, supporting the
request for a monetary donation towards the Colwall Festival which is being
held in July 2008.
9. Correspondence
for Information. To note the attached appendix of items that will be available for
inspection at the meeting.
