2. To receive an update from Colwall Parish Council about a new Parish Office, which has surplus space, which is to be let out for a new Post Office.

The proposed new sub post master Nigel and Sarah Morris are invited to meet the Parishioners and explain the timetable for the launch

3. Parishioners Question Time

ALL ELECTORS OF THE PARISH ARE INVITED TO SPEAK AND VOTE ON ANY MATTERS PLACED BEFORE THEM.
