COLWALL RESIDENTS EARLY NOTIFICATION for the BIG CHILL 2009
at EASTNOR 6th - 9th AUGUST 2009

For this event RESIDENTS of Colwall Parish will be able to have limited complimentary tickets for the whole event. The tickets will be valid for the whole weekend and you will be to camp on site free if you wish. Please note that free car park tickets ARE NOT INCLUDED in this offer, but the organisers will make sure that there are plenty on sale at the local tourist info centres in Ledbury, Leominster, Hereford, Ross-On-Wye and Malvern. If any residents plan to come on just the Sunday, you will not need to buy a car park ticket.

Demand is expected to exceed availability so we are asking residents who wish to attend to apply for these places by writing to Big Chill , Colwall Parish Council, Humble Bee Hall, Hollybush, Ledbury Herefordshire HR8 1ET.
Applications by post only to this address by noon on Wednesday 15th July. Please include a stamped addressed envelope so we can send you your tickets if you are successful. Please note you must state the name of those who will be attending including their ages, as their are different tickets for those 18 and over to those under 18. One application per household and please include your telephone number on your application.
Once applications are received by the closing date a draw will be held for two places per household if this is necessary ( i.e. demand exceeds supply).
If you have requested more tickets than two and demand is less than supply then a second draw will be held until all places are used. Accompanied Children under 18 enter without ID & do not use an allocated place but will require a ticket.
Proof of identification plus you ticket will be required for entry and the tickets will be valid at all five Box Offices which will all be open throughout the event. If your name details are not correct with your ID you might be refused entry.

No late change of names is possible.
