NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Meeting of the Planning & Development Committee will be held in the Jean Simon Room, Colwall Village Hall on Wednesday 15th September 2010 starting at 7.30p.m. All Committee members are summoned to attend. The business to be transacted is set out in the agenda, which is detailed below.

AGENDA

1.    Apologies: To consider the acceptance of apologies for absence from Councillors.

 

At this point the meeting will be adjourned to allow members of the public to speak

 

2.      Declarations of Interests:

         Councillors are reminded of the need:

a.    To update their register of interests.

b.    To declare any Personal Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

c.    To declare any Prejudicial Interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a Prejudicial Interest but may make representations, give evidence or answer questions before doing so).

 

3.      Minutes: To consider the adoption of the minutes of the last meeting of the Planning and Development Committee.

 

4.      Planning Applications: To consider the following planning applications and to provide comments and views to Herefordshire Council:

 

i) DMN/101992/FH – Proposed extension of time limit on planning permission NE2007/3824/F for the erection of summerhouse in rear garden at Royal Wells House, West Malvern Road, Colwall.

ii)DMN/101996/F – Retrospective application for external engineering & landscaping works acssociated with existing stables at land opposite Evendine Court, Evendine Lane, Colwall.

Applicant: A Williams

Agent: Carly Tinkler

 

5.      Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received by the Clerk since the last meeting.

i) Amended plans re (DMN/101505/F) the Proposed construction of 20 new dwellings and new access road and associated works at Covent Gardens, Brockhill Road, Colwall.

 

         ii) To receive an update on the “Shaping the Place 2026 proposals for the Rural Areas” from Councillors Ashton and Carless following the consultation held at Herefordshire Council on 1st September 2010.

 

6.         Planning Application Decisions: To consider the decisions of the                         Herefordshire Council Northern Area Planning Services, received by

the Clerk since the last meeting.

 

7.         Date of next meeting: To confirm the date of the next meeting, this is scheduled for 29th September 2010.
