NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Meeting of the Planning & Development Committee will be held in the Jean Simon Room, Colwall Village Hall on Wednesday 14th May 2008 starting at 7.30p.m. All Committee members are summoned to attend. The business to be transacted is set out in the agenda, which is detailed below.

AGENDA

1.      Apologies: To consider the acceptance of apologies for absence from Councillors.

The meeting will be adjourned at this point to allow members of the public to speak.

 

2.      Declarations of Interests:

         Councillors are reminded of the need:

a.    To update their register of interests.

b.    To declare any Personal Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

c.    To declare any Prejudicial Interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a Prejudicial Interest but may make representations, give evidence or answer questions before doing so).

 

3.      Minutes: To consider the adoption of the minutes of the last meeting of the Planning and Development Committee.

 

4.    Planning Applications: To consider the following planning applications and to provide comments and views to Herefordshire Council:

i) DCNE2008/1066/F- Convert existing garage to studio and first floor extension over at Hannakin, West Malvern Road.

ii) DCNE2008/1084/F – Demolition of existing single storey extension and replace with new conservatory at Cameron, Upper Colwall.

iii) DCNE2008/1112/F - Proposed timber built study at 1Mount Pleasant, Upper Colwall

iv) DCNE2008/1118/F - Proposed timber cabin/shed at White Cottage, Walwyn Road, Colwall

5.         Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received by the Clerk since the last meeting.

 

              6.         Planning Application Decisions: To consider the decisions of the             Herefordshire Council Northern Area Planning Services, received by        the Clerk since the last meeting.

 

8.         Date of next meeting: To confirm the date of the next meeting, this is scheduled for 11th June 2008.
